For the past few years we are used to follow the same stepped proven process to provide efficient and qualified PCB services.

Yellowasp PCB will introduce our company profile and type services we offer. By being in touch with one of our managers, you benefit from a peer-to-peer relationship to evaluate your project with us.

Yellowasp PCB Manager will gather your data and specifications

•  CADCAM procedure / guidelines documents
•  Manufacturing Design Standards
•  Checklist forms / Front-end sheet / other related documents
•  Sample job – already tooled and corresponding raw data

Yellowasp PCB will setup the corresponding CAM system based on the data you sent.

An in-house checklist form will be created. We examine sample jobs (tooled and raw data) and we complete test jobs. We send it to you and wait for your feedback on the results of evaluation.

The in-house checklist will be revised to correct the procedure or misinterpretation of your specifications. Yellowasp PCB technical managers start training the engineers on the future job to perform at this stage.

Upon your agreement, Yellowasp PCB team is ready to go on live jobs.

Once both parties assessed that Yellowasp PCB is familiar and proficient with your specification and tooling methods we start the production process. Then, you may send more jobs to be developed.
